BOOKING NOTES.
To avoid disappointment please be sure to check availability with the Estate Office before confirming details of this booking.
The minimum number for group rates in the garden is 15 and while we do realise that sometimes, due to matters beyond your control, numbers may fall below this and therefore we reserve the right to charge for 15 persons should a guided tour be booked or full rate for unguided access.
No special offers or discounted entry rates will apply in conjunction with group visits.
We ask that you arrive promptly if a guided tour is booked to avoid delays for other groups later in the day.

Small coaches may now drive up to the entrance point but we do ask that you are considerate of other guests when loading, unloading or parking and do not obstruct path ways or emergency access routes
