We can offer options which range from use of The Georgian Hall, which seats 20 for a round table meeting or fully catered formal lunch, to up to 40 for a lecture style meeting or more relaxed  buffet lunch. Alternatively we can offer use of the Carlton Club and courtyard for informal meetings or workshops or use of the gardens and grounds for product launches or certain types of activity breaks.

You can be assured of total privacy and the team here would concentrate on looking after you and you alone. All administration and secretarial services are available and there is broadband and telephone access in the conference room along with projector facilities and flip charts.

Perhaps you would like to arrange an overnight stay, we can do that aswell, in conjunction with The Vean our luxury lodge set in the grounds sleeping up to 16 or alternatively we can arrange special rates with top class local hotels and bed and breakfast outlets.

Caerhays Castle is set in it’s own grounds and situated on a secluded part of the beautiful South Cornish Coast, but still within easy reach of the main roads and only 40 minutes from Newquay airport and guests are ensured total privacy during their visit.

For those who stay over there are beautiful walks around the area and of course the world famous Caerhays Castle Gardens to explore. Also a range of other activities can be arranged.
